Service is terrible, bought a new phone trying to transfer app to new phone. No longer have old phone but they will only send me a link to approve new phone through the old phone so app is completely useless at this point. Need to have it for my job but no way to contact their customer service to get help with problem. Would have given it 0 stars if it would let me.

Had a recent update on my Samsung A14 and since doing an update on my work laptop today, the authentication pop-up notification does not come up so I have to touch the app on my phone which takes more time to enter the 6 digit number instead of choosing 1 of the three 2- digit numbers that came up to authenticate. I made sure to check the notification settings for thr Ping app and I have the correct selection. Any way to fix this? UPDATE 9.1.25 had to enable notifications, now it seems okay

Seemingly since update, I am no longer getting Pings through the app so cannot authenticate for certain apps for work. Also the app has switched to Russian on my phone despite my system language being English. No way to switch it either. Garbage app. Can't do half of my work currently.
