Lots of good functionalities but it has an extremely irritating playback user interface. When something has been detected and you try to play back, it stops, jumps, loads for ages and always tries to go back to live mode immediately. It has a play/pause button that doesn't work at all. When switching between different cameras it first shows a very old picture every time instead of the latest. Something must be done to the playback UI!

poor performance. app cannot connect to UniFi console until phone is restarted. other devices have no issue connecting when this device fails to connect or load the app. reply to dev response; i cannot generate a "key" as the app will be stuck at the "UniFi Protect" app splash screen if not previously launched. notifications of events still come through though.

It's a good app except the most annoying problem is that there's no way to use unique notification sounds. So, a text message on my phone sounds like a doorbell ring, which sounds like a motion detection, which sounds like... (everything else). As every notification type sounds the same, it's easy to tune them out only to find out that one of the notifications was actually important. Please fix!
