Using a pair of AKG N5 Hybrid earbuds with a Samsung S24 Ultra and I'm not understanding the complaints or the hate. The Bluetooth connection is rock solid, the earbuds sound incredible, and the app works perfectly. Even the noise cancelling works very well. I may change my opinion if I ever use the earbuds for a phone call, but right now I'm very pleased with my purchase.

The menu button is behind the top shade bar so I can't even open the menu. That makes the app mostly pointless. the only things I can do are change the Eq and change between Noise cancelling, "TalkThru", and Ambient Aware.

Headphone connection is fine. It's the app that is the problem. No matter how many times I try to turn anc off or change the tap functions, it just doesn't do it.
