The biggest issue is battery drain. It's a serious battery hog. It drains 1% every 2 minutes--just running in the background (screen off). It also makes my phone really warm. If I had known the app would drain my battery so much, I wouldn't have bought the frames. The home screen is fairly useless, since they're just tutorials that you've already done when setting up the glasses. Deleting photos/videos requires too many steps.

No clear way to start a conversation. The test modes provide a sample but there is nowhere to enter any text to respond back. Update: Restarting the app fixed it, kind of. It froze on first load, then it had no option of entering text or starting a conversation after selecting a username on second load, but 3rd time lucky. Update 2: chat works but no option to use voice as announced anywhere to be found

i like this ok. you don't get much control over the direction taken while animating your photos, but you can extend the animation without having to put in a whole new photo then using keyframes to synch them together. animating photos is what i use it for, and you can create photos in the app. it's not good at copying your likeness though, but it's still fun. I use it in conjunction with other apps to get the best use for my stories.
