After the latest update, I get the error: "This app isn't compatible with your device anymore." However, I couldn't uninstall it as it came pre-installed as a "system app". Why am I being forced to have an app permanently installed on my device that is no longer supported? My phone is OnePlus 8 Pro. My OS is OxygenOS 13.1

Used to be a great app, now it states "This app is not compatible with your device anymore". It's a factory installed app, I can't delete it & it runs all the in phone weather like on the lock screen & in the clock. Please fix this...

in the last 5 days the app doesn't update the weather or the location or anything, it opens just fine it just doesn't do anything. tried restarting, uninstalling and deleting the cache and data nothing is working.
