★ Added a chromatic tuner to the set list view.
★ Updated the Notes button in the set list view to show all of the user's custom fields for the song, in addition to the shared notes and personal notes.
○ Changed the Notes button, Phone button and in-app help to show their content in popovers with text formatting.
○ Enabled manual scrolling on the Chords field when the chords are longer than the available display height.
