I've been playing this game for over 2 years and I was loving it, even though I was spending a lot of money in the game. But this year, any time I have an issue and try to contact support, I'm ignored. Now, with the recent update, I can't watch the dumb ads to speed up whatever I'm doing in the game. I've tried everything from restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and troubleshooting the app. Nothing works. My clan doesn't have this issue. It's just me. Disappointing!!!

cute game, but frustrating when it's pay to win. everything seems to require you to watch an ad in-game, from speeding up production to getting more diamonds or energy points. if you don't watch the ads or invest in bundles, like I've chosen to do, it's very slow and boring. you can't actually keep playing the game, more like log in, see what needs doing, then log out for at least another two hours. update: So now they've added mandatory ads that interrupt gameplay every two minutes!

I like the idea of the game but there's never enough storage space and the amount of gems everything costs is insane! Remove the potions and amulets That's the best option. Or do 1 and not the other. Also, it's hard to see and there's no note to refer to when it comes to an item needing specific items to build and such. Use the magnifying glass feature please.
