The app is excellent but the customer service is appalling. I signed up for the first month free if I used it every day; when I missed a day, they charged me £15.79 which I thought was reasonable. THEN, I got hit with a renewal of £87.27! I'm on disability & there's no way I can afford that monthly or even annually in one payment. They told me that I'd signed up for a discounted first month but I hadn't. They repeated the reply word for word & then ghosted me. I would continue at £15 monthly.

Thieving app took £55+ off me when I only bought a £7 package for 7 days. No emails or notifications to warn me that it would try to auto-subscribe me (after only 6 days) for £55. I'm normally very careful with anything that looks like it might be a subscription, & try to avoid subscription-based products if at all possible, but it looked pretty clear that it was a 7-day plan. EDIT: Despite their reply on here, after 4 emails asking for a refund, they have not provided "the necessary solution".

I was really excited to have found this app. I paid for three months but I don't feel it's worth it. The daily workouts are approx 3-6min long each. Do you honestly think this is a good value for paying subscribers? I have had to search for approx. 30-40min of additional workouts daily BUT I don't know if my choices are balanced. No guidance.I see minimal change.I will not be renewing. I went to YouTube last night and there are free whole face workouts there. No guess work and yea.... free.
