New app update won't allow me to sign in...I love Nike. I've been using the app for many years, with no issues. However, that changed when the latest update occurred. Now when I go to log in, it buffers then kicks me back to the initial start-up page. I have since deleted the app, re-installed it and made sure my VPN allows the app, yet still not functioning. Not sure what the issue is or what else to do...

Navigation through the app is easy but the overall shopping experience gets frustrating you, placing orders and getting the orderconfirmation then a day or hours later I receive a notification that sorry, we had to cancel your order without any explanation, I reach out to them, they say that the payment review team is going to send an email or whatever and they don't reach out , the whole shopping experience becomes frustrating like the whole thing makes it hard to even shop online using the app

I've spent thousands on this app and still never seem to get the shoes I want. somehow I get an error on the really popular ones. also when they release a shoe and it goes on sale before the 60 day return limit why not just refund me the difference for being a loyal customer. also, why isnt there some kind of point system for spending $ and spending it consistently that secures me rare and or limited releases? if your R/D department needs help we can talk numbers.
