It's a great app for guides, official notifications, tools and such. However, the recent update which moved the Character Channel from the Home section to the Groups section with the characters under their the tab of their respective games was a terrible decision. Not only is it less efficient and harder to find, but the Favorites/Recently Joined section which contained all the characters players are actively accompanying is gone. Players have to hunt and search for their characters now. Awful.

I would use this app more if it weren't so data-hungry. I don't have access to WiFi most of the time, only cellular data, and it's ridiculous how much the app consumes in a very short period of time. Also, I know, that I'm a minority here, but I prefer light-mode app, but after the latest update I cannot turn off the dark mode even if my device itself is on light mode. edit: also, the app automatically installs to internal memory and I'm not given an option to move it to SD card.

App is still so buggy, even after years now. Have to be accurate in pressing the quick check-in, and it's conveniently placed above a tab that if you press will transport you over to the next realm i might as well say. Widget doesn't update even with 24/7 wifi and "No restrictions" on the battery saver menu, the amount of bugs in this app you'd think this could be HK Silksong.
