It's impossible to customize fonts in either the mobile or desktop apps. On top of that the mobile app doesn't cope with system-wide font zoom, and clips pixels off of text in text fields, etc. This makes your product a source of constant eye strain, pain, and discomfort. I hope the positive "impact on [your] first page load time" was worth it...

This app sucks so bad. I wish my work would use anything else. I have to uninstall and reinstall at least once a month because chats won't load or if they do im told they're "read only" and it crashes all the time. I hate im forced to use this app.

5 stars if I wouldn't have a weird bug where it always forgets the servers. I have to add them every time I start the app. Notifications work though
