Absolutely horrible app. After taking the time to create a worthless account just to get my boarding pass, I learn that the app will not show the boarding pass and just loops endlessly. Additionally, the app does not recognize that I have already checked in, and when I try to update my status, it also softlocks on the page. Horrible experience

why does it only work if you have an account? every other flight app just needs your booking number and last name. here you have to create an account which is really annoying. I get sent several codes to verify me and password needs 12 characters, upper and lowercase, numbers, symbols and your first born child. I just want to look at my boarding pass, why is this so unnecessarily complicated

it's not fit for purpose, when you want to make a chance of seat it's a hassle, now I cannot even access the flight details again to go back to my original option. I will be locked until who knows when, to ccess that seat flights details again. what a pain, as if I had time to waste with this app
