I really like this app but with the recent update app keeps closing I. e the app doesn't respond, and I am fairly sure it's not a device spec issue too, so please fix this

Its nice for grinding some coins, rubies, or event clouds and bonus point which you need to pay for it in eldorado. But I found an issue that needs to be fixed. So Ive been wanting to buy the stage pass foto my eldorado account but since the Christmas event everytime I click shop it just loads for a while and kick me out of the app, and this always happens everytime I try to open the shop. Please fix this issue, and thanks Edit : thanks for fixing this issue, i can open the shop now.
