The app has crucial bugs, like not being able to download a document produced in a bank operation that you paid for. The app just crashes when you try. I had to ask them to send the docs by email, and that was a multi-step quest in which I failed, as they never actually sent me what I needed. Also you cannot get bank statements for the current year through the app, and you cannot contact support.

I encountered a technical error during login and reported it to support by email, but haven’t received any response. At this point the app seems unusable and support unresponsive — quite disappointing

After the update I cannot access the app. Internet connection issue. I'm using the app from overseas. Possible issue the app using tas-ix for sms verification. Edited: Issue resolved after new update. Please test properly before release. Thanks
