As a result of combat injuries, my hearing has been shot to pieces for years! I suffer from severe tinnitus from rocket attacks. NHS Signia hearing aids have completely changed my life and this app, which allows me to manually adjust the sound levels and sound direction, has been a godsend. I love this app, specially in the presence of screaming kids!!!!

It is difficult to change the volume and the sharp/soft settings. This all started after I installed an update.In addition various parts of the app work or not, randomly. For instance the hearing aids connect to the app sometimes but not at other times. The step counter only works occasionally. Had I known how bad this app was before I bought the hearing aids I would have definitely gone elsewhere. Even the technician at the store has not been able to fix the problems. Not worth the money!!

I have found this app pitiful. The blue tooth connection will allow only volume control and a soft/sharp control. I cannot connect any media from my phone to my aids or control any bass, treble or tone. I'm not asking for much, just to have a little more control of the device. My wife has a different brand of aids to me & she has all these functions and more, so it is possible. This just seems to be the most basic of basic apps with no thought put in to how the actual user might want to use it.

Hi Mark, Our aids connect via ASHA, some manufacturers support it, and some don't. Samsung in particular have only included support for users with hearing aids on a few sub models of some models, and yours is not one that they included a full implementation on. You could obtain a Streamline Mic and bypass this limitation. Signia UK Tech Team
