All tests except the wired headset was tested and found to be in working order. It would be good to be able to run this diagnostic app with more ease of access or even to know we have it pre-installed. This app is worth having as it puts mind at rest that your phone is working within its parameters. This is the first time ive used this app as I didnt know it was installed on the phone and found it very user friendly. Well worth having.

Helpful Support Hub for Samsung Users Samsung Members is a great resource for device tips, diagnostics, and getting help quickly. Sometimes the app can be a bit slow or cluttered with too many promotions, but overall, it's a valuable companion for any Galaxy user. Just needs a bit of streamlining to be perfect!

I stopped doing updates as there are always unfixable problems and things I liked taken away why samsung doesn't have an IT team that can get it right without problems is beyond me very unprofessional. I've had several models and my latest is S24 but each update always comes with problems. I've asked if there are problems with the next update and got the answer YES AND WE'RE WORKING ON IT. NOT GOOD ENOUGH SAMSUNG.
