Garbage app and customer service. First transaction canceled but still pending on my bank account as a hold and same with the second. They tell me the accounts have to meet a certain criteria for the transactions to go through but then refuse to tell me what that criteria is. Mind you i went through the verification and got a confirmation that I was good to go. Then while trying to figure out the issue with the agent the moron i was talking to ended the chat while I was typing. Back to remitly.

Spent 30 minutes trying to get human help on their chat support. When I finally got help from a human the chat was cut off. This happened three times. Next I tried calling their customer service number. After going through the motions with a bot I was finally going to be connected to a human and then the call cut off. I've been using Sendwave for over a year but I just changed to Remitly since Sendwave doesn't want to provide any customer support.

This is just terrible!!! Seriously, my transactions got cancelled three times in a row. I kept asking why, and all they would tell me was that I 'didn't meet the criteria.' When I pushed them for what those criteria even were, they shut down and said it was 'confidential.' Are you kidding me? They couldn't explain so I can be aware. That's ridiculous! I've been a customer with them for a few years now, and this is the first time I've ever dealt with something this frustrating.
