Wonderful App. The app is easy to use and it is easy to find what you're looking for. I have bad panic attacks, and I can find what I need to help me get them under control. I previously used another popular meditation app and had to stop. They made so many changes to its layout that I couldn't find the things I needed during bad anxiety attacks. This app is definitely two thumbs up!

The user interface is simple, clean and easy to navigate, love it. The voice is calm and soothing and the foundation area building a story so to speak as it keeps the continuity day by day is really nice. Feels like I'm making progress. And it won't nag me about losing my streak! Plus no need to create an account or login. I personally barely notice the ads, they're really seamlessly integrated since I don't remember them at all.

If utilised fully, this app can really help day to day life and wellbeing, especially if routinely and easily practicing mindfulness + meditation is a hurdle for you. It is guided, however, if chosen, you also have loads of control over every single session,(apposed to wasted time scouring the internet for ones that compromise on personal preferences). Gentle reminders are available, and no irritating pop ups—Really smooth experience. Hope this review helps someone who needs it. Would recommend!
