I had this app about 6 months ago, and when you input a food it had some kind of data base to search, which already had the nutritional data for loads of different food, including brands and stuff. I found this super useful and was my main draw towards the app to be honest got it again this evening and that feature doesnt seem to be working for me, or it's not there at all. it's only showing the food I ate earlier this year, so I can't search for any new food I have to scan/input it myself

The math doesn't work. It adds the net carbs wrong. A recipe that should have rounded up to 2 net carbs repeatedly registered as 5 net carbs total. Portions of servings, such as 0.5 cups of milk, require manual entry for each nutrient. I would have contacted the developers from within the app if possible, but this is the only way to contact them.

When it works, it's great! Very helpful. When it freezes up without warning and evaporates weeks of collected data, I am far less impressed. The glitches need to go. Please. Twice now, this app has simply frozen. All entered data is gone, as if nothing was ever entered. The removal of information goes back to the very beginning of when I started with KETO. The solution has been uninstalling the app completely, then restarting the process. I was relieved my information survived.
