The developers have ruined their good game with greed. The difficulty continually adjusts until you *must* spend money continually to succeed--I don't mean 5-10 bucks once, but a few dollars for every hour of gameplay. Even then, the game is stacked against you: goalkeepers are nearly never available through your youth academy, while competitors all seem to have at least good ones--which the game assigns a transfer value of around 5-10 times that of your own best players.
Hi Dean, we're sorry to hear you feel this way. There is no requirement to make any purchases in order to be successful, rest assured. You can find many helpful tips on our subreddit - https://www.reddit.com/r/uclubfootballmanager.

Applaud the effort. Potential is there. But the game is so repetitive/dull, all you do is press advance, play match and repeat again and again. No news, no press/media stories, no communication with players, no player unrest, nothing from the owner, there is nothing to do or anything going on, there is no need to change your lineup also, I got bored and quickly simmed two seasons due to how boring it is. Needs a lot more fun features, maybe in the next one? Sorry, but lots is missing.

Hi Mark, thanks for trying out the game and for your feedback. We do have plans to add in-game decision making to give much more depth and control during the season.

3 Stars, right now. I've run through several seasons with different franchises. I would like to see more control within the game, like 4th down decisions, more run options, and free agency within a season, just to name a few. Even if you end up building a stud Qb, the passing controls are still really sensitive. Need the receivers to have the ability to adjust. Throw behind, incomplete, throw in front, incomplete and throw right on them pass deflected. Don't want to punt down by 20 in 4th q
