Just downloaded the app and did my first session. So far, so good. Let's see how it will be in the future 😊 [Update 28Oct25] Well thanks to this simple app, I've managed to do a session almost every day, since I started using. It allows you to go slowly and, most importantly to me, to create the habit of exercising. I'm happy 😊

Very easy to use. Makes daily movement of my body feel doable. Picture and written directions for each pose. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the timer bar covers up the written instructions while in an active workout.

really like that you can alternate between 5 minute and 10 minute routines once you have paid for the year. Definitely helps to keep motivated if the longer routine leaves you a little tender the next day. The 5 minute Zen routine is a good stretch relax on the tender days🙂
