Would be a higher rating, but the app does not allow one to manually add (i.e. type-in) story Tags to the Include or Exclude lists in the search filter functions, very much unlike the full site; you can only use the pre-selected lists, which are based on the most-recurring tags. There's no way to deep-filter stories without manually crushing through hundreds of tags, and potentially blocking out wanted stories and not the unwanted ones.

Not worth the $. The app isn't very useful and it's definitely not worth paying for. Especially since Ao3 doesn't even allow you to charge for their service. I know because an actual good app that I would have been willing to pay for got shut down for it. This app makes no sense, it's not helpful, it's hard to navigate, and there are no drop down options unlike the website so you have to manually type in all your search criteria. Too bad I was hoping for a good app like the last one but its not

I used to love the app now after an update I can't read any of the stories I read before. It won't let me read anything. 🙁🙁 Update: it's been over a month since I posted my first review, when will the app be fixed. on the plus side I found out I can go online and read the stories on AO3 website but not all of them are on AO3 website like the ones on the app so you're missing out..
