The handphone number is a key info for account verification, but there’s no input/format validation. I got stuck in the verification process and couldn’t proceed — ended up using another email and guessing another number format to register again. This really needs proper validation to avoid user frustration.

I tried to book a flight as I have 10 times before, after 4 times website crashing, spoke to customer service, after so many times he didn't understand me, and asking me to look on screen, he said about installing the app. Okay, tried that, app crashed repeatedly. Poor, poor, poor.

It's frustrating when you check in using the app and then can't find your boarding pass on the app, and you have to go to the counter to print your boarding pass. Can't even use the machines to print out because you have already checked in. Another time there was a problem with the pass booking. I bought a flight pass and booked my flight but the flight was in reality not booked because of a system error and I could not fly. I had to buy another ticket on the spot which cost so much more.
